I'm Leigh Ellen Magness. For nearly 20 years I've been a child and adolescent therapist. Now I'm bringing everything I've learned to parents to support them in supporting their kids at home. E-COURSES
I have two e-courses that I’ve created using the most frequently asked questions I get from parents: Positive Parenting for Behavior Change and Talking to Kids About Sex and Safety. They’re divided into sections for you to complete at your own pace. You can finish it in either eight days or spread it out over eight weeks, depending on what suits you. Each course includes written materials, short videos,, and visual cheat sheets to help you remember what you've learned.

PARENT COACHING
Parent coaching calls provide a valuable opportunity for parents to seek guidance and receive feedback on specific situations they encounter. Things like addressing concerning statements from your children, supporting unique behaviors in comparison to their peers, and determining if additional services like therapy or testing are needed and how to access them. This is a great option for parents who don’t feel like their kids need therapy but they’d like to consult with a child therapist.

We have a private Facebook group exclusively for our members, providing a space for peer support and access to valuable resources. Engage with fellow members by asking about their successful strategies or utilize the search feature to find posts related to specific topics or general questions.

EXPERT WITNESS
With nearly 20 years of experience working with child victims of sexual abuse, I've been a consultant and expert witness in numerous court cases—civil and criminal. I testify regarding child/play therapy, disclosure dynamics, false allegations stats, benefits of closed-circuit TV testimony, and more. As a mental health representative on a local multidisciplinary team, I've collaborated with various agencies to ensure child abuse victims receive necessary services and support within the judicial system. My mission now is to help legal teams use their witnesses more effectively.
